Research

The NCSC Research Division conducts research on many family violence-related topics. The NCSC Court Services Division provides on-site technical assistance to courts and justice agencies on many topics, including family violence. In addition, the Conference of State Court Administrators (COSCA) and the Conference of Chief Justices (CCJ)  issue resolutions, policy statements, and resolutions on domestic violence and its impact on the courts. These WebPages will provide an overview of the NCSC's capacity and experience as it relates to family violence/family justice and the courts.
