Abstract:
Relational Semantics, Inc. RSI® has a long and successful history in automating courts throughout New England starting in 1988. Since then, the FORECOURT® Judicial Case Management System has shown to be a portable and solid solution to the needs of each court system. FORECOURT is used widely through all levels of the judicial hierarchy from the State of Vermont superior, district, and family to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts supreme, applellate, superior, and municipal. The most recent installation is in use at the Hartford Housing Session. Based on our extensive experience and proven ability, we stand ready to fulfill the needs of any judicial or administrative law organization.
Description:
Our flagship product is the FORECOURT ® Judicial Case Management System. It is used by the Clerks Office to track and manage the daily case load of the court. This includes the docketing, calendering, noticing, reporting and time standards operations. As companion products to the core Case Management System, we offer the FORECOURT eNotify, FORECOURT ePublish, and FORECOURT eFile systems. These offer the services of Electronic Notification to case litigants via email, Electronic Publishing of case records to the web for public viewing, and Electronic Filing of case documents by attorneys and Pro Se litigants via the web. Additionally, the FORECOURT Product Suite integrates with leading Document Management Systems for document imaging, archiving and operational work flow.
