We use a full array of video, audio, data and control product offerings to solve issues of presentation, production, telepresence/teleconferencing, IP/Broadcast acquisition and distribution. Our clients include government, corporate, broadcast, higher education, healthcare, leisure and entertainment.
Description: Professional Products, Inc PPI is a technology-driven design-build company devoted to excellence in sales and long-term service. Specializing in advanced video, audio, data, and control systems, we provide a full array of hardware and software solutions for training, broadcast, video on demand, and presentation applications. Our customers include federal and state government entities, broadcast and production facilities, corporations and professional organizations, institutions of higher learning, medical and healthcare facilities and the entertainment and leisure industries.
We represent hundreds of manufacturers and employ an experienced “think tank” of account managers, application engineers, design engineers, project supervisors, programmers, system integrators and factory-certified service technicians. By developing collaborative and strategic relationships with hardware manufacturers and software developers, we are able to design, integrate, and service innovative systems that leverage new hardware and software technology.
In 1965 we began servicing the video and audio needs of university, commercial, government and broadcast industry clients. Throughout the years PPI has remained focused on its clients and on the future. We are able to rely on our many years of experience and still stay on the forefront of change. We feel that we are uniquely positioned to offer our clients the capability to design and integrate systems as well as advise them on technology purchases for self-implementation that will provide the benefits of both established and emerging technologies.
Our service engineers are manufacturer trained and certified with extensive experience in both component and system repair. As part of our commitment to quality, service engineers receive regular continuing education and certification so they can keep pace with ever-changing and ever-evolving technologies. With our Network Operations Center NOC, PPI engineers are able to provide clients with remote monitoring and diagnostics. The NOC allows PPI to monitor a client’s facility and systems 24/7 with advanced warning of any pending trouble or failures. This allows PPI technical staff to make proactive corrections before systems fail.
We develop applications that solve client’s needs with our in-house research and development group, which investigates far ranging technologies. This research brings insight into projects that require creative engineering, which allows PPI to bring unique and innovative solutions to systems design. Some examples of these systems include: command and control centers, training facilities, television and production facilities, classroom and distance learning centers, presentation and conference rooms, and entertainment and sports venues.
