CourtSmart systems provide centralized, fault tolerant recording, open standard ODBC integrated database management tools and use state-of-the-art compression technologies. Client software communicates with the recording and archive servers through TCP/IP protocols on your LAN/WAN environment. Virtual Private Network VPN and multilingual WEB client options are also available for rapid deployment.

CourtSmart has successfully integrated its recording systems with other court applications such as CMS Court Case Management systems to provide the foundation for a true e-strategy.
Courtsmart technology captures the audio and/or video record on NT servers and archives these records for permanent storage on DVD-RAM drives or CD-R. Our unique system allows for seamless growth from 1 to 100 recording sites with no interface changes required of the user. Courtsmart is the only system that provides complete backup systems, true database control, integrated notes and tags, integrated networking via LAN and WAN, and the ability to provide central recording or central monitoring at the users option with no changes.
