Jury Interactive Web and Phone
ATI’s Jury Interactive system is an indispensable court solution giving quick and easy access to jurors for reporting information, postponements, court locations and more. Included is our Jury Group Administration Tool which allows the Jury Commissioner’s Office staff to manage individual groups specialized needs such as special reporting or callback times and informational messages that need to go to specific jury groups only. ATI is the official Jury Systems, Inc. IVR partner.

Traffic Pay Web and Phone
ATI’s traffic pay system provides public access to traffic ticket information, pay fines, register for traffic school, status update on traffic school certificate, payment plans and much more. This is a very robust interface that gives the public comprehensive access to information and automation by web and phone.

Criminal, Civil, etc. Case Lookup Web and Phone
ATI’s case lookup module gives the public access to case information for mandatory appearances, warrants, pay fines, payment plans and much more.

Appointment Reminder System
The ATI appointment reminder system calls the parties on your family law cases to remind them of upcoming court events, times and locations. It can also be integrated with the Jury Interactive system to call jurors to remind them of upcoming service dates, times and locations.

Traffic Courtesy Notice Process Automation
With this ATI module, ATI’s IVR system can automate courtesy notices for traffic including final notices for FTAs, automatic convictions in the case management system and notification to your collections company if the cases are referred. The easy to use web interface provides a report for the presiding judge to approve the cases for conviction. A simple click and submit interface launches the conviction process for all cases for the entire week.

Proceedings
Proceedings is a fast, reliable, easy-to-use in-court processing system for court clerks. Using a sophisticated PC program with a simple interface, the clerk accesses the court calendar, records all court events, produces minute orders and other court documents, and updates the court’s case management system in real time during the court hearing, reducing labor by up to 50%.
