provided technical assistance
to courts at all stages of planning, implementation, and
evaluation of problem-solving courts

reported on trends in
problem-solving courts

provided access to
information about problem-solving courts through its Website,
library, and publications
Additionally, NCSC staff with an interest in
problem-solving courts work collaboratively on projects that monitor
the development, promote the effectiveness and efficiency, and
anticipate challenges and opportunities of problem-solving courts.
