Promising Practices

Promising practices is a compilation of practices aimed at addressing and improving court responses to the aging population, with special emphasis on elder abuse and neglect, exploitation of the elderly, and guardianships/conservatorships. Courts from around the U.S. are invited to submit project descriptions for inclusion in the promising practices database. All submissions are subject to the approval of the National Center for State Courts.
