Programs

ICM programs provide a range of professional development opportunities. Participants can improve their knowledge, skills and abilities in specific subject areas, such as caseflow, human resource or financial management. Employers and employees can design a professional development plan that results in certification as a Court Manager through the Court Management Program (CMP). Court managers or judges preparing for Court Executive roles may apply to the rigorous Court Executive Development Program (CEDP) and graduate as Fellows of the Institute for Court Management.
