Judge Louraine Arkfeld of the
Tempe
(Arizona) Municipal Court has received the 2005 William H.
Rehnquist Award
for Judicial Excellence. Presiding
Judge Arkfeld was presented with the award at a ceremony October
27th in the
Great Hall of the U.S. Supreme Court in Washington, D.C.
