Under a grant from the State Justice Institute (SJI-01-N-063), the National Center for State Courts, in collaboration with the Conference of Chief Justices, is pleased to provide judges access to an online bench book on Mass Tort Litigation. The course or bench book was created using "WebCT" instructional software.  

    To access the bench book, click on the following hyperlink: ICM WebCT.  Once you have clicked on the hyperlink you will open the Institute for Court Management WebCT "Entry Page". Click on Log in to myWebCT and enter "masstort04" (all lowercase-no space) into the WebCT ID box.  Next enter "masstort04" (all lowercase-no space) in the Password box and click on the Log in button. This will bring you to the myWebCT welcome page.  By clicking on the course title you will enter  the course homepage and further instruction for navigating the bench book are provided..
