State Resources

As part of its Mass Tort Clearinghouse, the National Center for State Courts conducted a survey to learn how mass torts are treated in the various state court systems. A ten-question survey was sent to each state. Additional information was compiled by NCSC staff for non-responding states. Staff also added further information to states who did respond, resulting in a more complete picture of how each state handles mass torts and other complex cases.

NCSC resources included state court rules, Lexis, CourTopics, and other material. Results for each state have been compiled into a single page. Information from each of the fifty states is accessible below.
