Other relevant description or information: This program was begun with the assistance of the Minnesota State Bar Association's Pro Se Implementation Committee which sought to bring model self-help services to a rural environment.  The program offers sessions three afternoons per month in different areas of the county.  Consultations take place in public library and law library conference rooms.  Users have access to volunteer attorneys, court forms, online and print legal resources, and videos.
