Other relevant description or information: Locally, Latah County has advisory attorneys to address issues regarding the program.  The program is partially funded by the county and thus jointly administered by the Board of County Commissioners and the Supreme Court (through the Project director and 'Access Committee').  The county utilizes the services of law students who participate in a Pro Se Clinic course.  It is governed by both statute and court rule.
