Other relevant description or information: Program offices vary from offering limited to full-service services.  Limited-service offices provide standard forms with instructions and  informational pamphlets on a wide range of legal topics, but do not provide one-on-one assistance in completing forms, nor detailed explanations covering routine court processes.  For the more detailed services, patrons are referred to either a regional full-service office or the statewide Lead Court Assistance Officer.  Anticipated change to public Web site url to: courtselfhelp.idaho.gov sometime this fall.  Maintains a private listserve for program staff to exchange information, issues, etc. Currently working with Idaho Legal Aid Services developing interactive Web forms for standard forms packets.
