relevant description or information: |
Program
offices vary from offering limited to full-service services.
Limited-service offices provide standard forms with
instructions and informational
pamphlets on a wide range of legal topics, but do not provide
one-on-one assistance in completing forms, nor detailed explanations
covering routine court processes.
For the more detailed services, patrons are referred to
either a regional full-service office or the statewide Lead Court
Assistance Officer. Anticipated
change to public Web site url to: courtselfhelp.idaho.gov sometime
this fall. Maintains a
private listserve for program staff to exchange information, issues,
etc. Currently working with Idaho Legal Aid Services developing
interactive Web forms for standard forms packets. |
