This
self-help program is different from most others. Specifically, all
pro se litigants filing initial pleadings are assigned to a special
division of the family court, designed to hear only pro se cases.
Each filing is exclusively case managed throughout the process to
finalization by case managers and there is a specific judge or
magistrate assigned to hear such cases.
Any pro se case in which an attorney files pleadings after
the initial assignment to the pro se division, is reassigned to
another division of the family court and is no longer case managed
by the self-help program. |
