This
center only directs self-represented litigants to its Web site where
they may view and download supreme-court-approved family-law forms
for use. The center is
prohibited from directing litigants in which form to file nor do
they have access to local information such as filing fees and
procedures. The center
does, however, direct litigants to legal aid and other
attorney-referral agencies. |
