Other relevant description or information: The Delaware Administrative Office of the Courts is working at a court-wide level to enhance services to self-represented litigants.  Services include: centers, forms, instructional and informational materials, limited legal assistance programs and community partnerships to expedite operations and avoid redundancy.  Reliance on volunteer programs involving attorneys and non-attorneys ensure continued growth.
