Other relevant description or information: Some of the services indicated above are provided by the DC Bar pro bono Program.  For instance, it is their website that has the pro se form pleadings and it is their office that runs a 'Pro Se Plus' clinic (in Divorce and Custody issues).  This serves as a supplement to the work of the DC Family Court Self Help Center.
