Any party may petition the court to have the case removed from an ADR process to which it has been referred, or to have the court refer the case to an ADR process other than the one to which it has been referred.

Supreme Court Committee on Technology. The Georgia Court Electronic Filing and Data Exchange Project Information Site contains an FAQ; news and status updates; glossary; project documentation; and more. According to the site, the following courts currently allow e-filing: state supreme court; Bibb County Superior Court; Washington County Superior Court; and Walker County Superior Court. Status reports are available for each court.
Chatham County courts also have e-filing (the e-filing link takes users to an external vendor).
The AOC's Information Technology page area includes a strategic plan, guide to automated services (TIPS, e-filing, etc.), and support services for court employees.
See also the Georgia Court Electronic Filing and Data Exchange project information site, although the project appears to focus on child support, and is a joint effort between the department of human resources, OSCE, and AOC.
