District of Columbia The DC Superior Court Jurors' Office site allows citizens to complete the qualification form online or request a deferral. Florida

Collier County Jury Department: Includes contact and location information, excusal form, FAQs, and glossary of terms.

Lee County: Juror scheduling information (updated daily), plus compensation and other information.

Clerk of Courts, Manatee County: This circuit court page outlines the jury selection process, rules, and regulations. There are also FAQs.

Eighth Judicial Circuit (Gainesville): Includes information about parking, dress code, payment, and an online jury excusal and reassignment form.

The Bienville Parish Clerk's Office Jury Duty Information page provides general qualifications and information.

Calcasieu Parish Clerk of Court (14th Judicial District Court) jury page covers selection; exemptions; qualifications; role of the jury; steps in a trial; and definitions of legal terms and court personnel.

The Jefferson Parish Clerk of Court offers FAQs about jury service.

The Parish of Orleans, Civil District Court, has a page about jury service that includes information about fees and reimbursement; attire; absences/excusals; term of service; reporting for duty; facilities; and objects/clothing not permitted in court.

U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Louisiana Jury Information includes FAQ; location and parking; grand and petit jury duty information; protection of employment and message to employers; and a link to the jury plan for random selection.
