Alaska

Report of the Alaska Supreme Court Advisory Committee on Fairness and Access.  Alaska Court System (October, 1997). The Alaska Supreme Court formed the Advisory Committee on Fairness and Access to examine racial and ethnic bias in the Alaska state court system.
