The Ninth Judicial Circuit's Complex Business Litigation Court specializes in handling complex business cases, including antitrust, intellectual property, franchise, and unfair competition. One judge from the circuit civil division handles the cases. Standardized procedures, consistent rulings, and economic stimulus are listed as the benefits of the court.
