Delaware The Delaware Court of Chancery is widely recognized as the nation's preeminent forum for the determination of disputes involving the internal affairs of the thousands upon thousands of Delaware corporations and other business entities through which a vast amount of the world's commercial affairs is conducted. Its unique competence in and exposure to issues of business law are unmatched.

Florida

The Ninth Judicial Circuit's Complex Business Litigation Court specializes in handling complex business cases, including antitrust, intellectual property, franchise, and unfair competition. One judge from the circuit civil division handles the cases. Standardized procedures, consistent rulings, and economic stimulus are listed as the benefits of the court. 

 

Georgia Fulton County.  The Fulton County Superior Court Business Court has been operational since October of 2005.

Gwinnet County.  This pilot program is modeled after the Fulton County program.
 

Maryland Maryland Business and Technology Case Management Program. The site includes an overview and history of the program, rules, information about mediation and for mediators, protocol, opinions, and links.
