Key Elements:

Respondent has the burden of
providing proof of compliance with court orders to the court’s
domestic violence coordinator.

If respondent fails to provide the
required documentation/verification, an order is generated
automatically directing either compliance, or an explanation for
non-compliance. If neither is received, contempt proceedings are
instituted.

Cooperation of all facets of the
court and of the service community are critical.
