Your Honor, if it please the court,^1D  the Government would establish^2A that Mr. Jorge Domínguez was a citizen of the Dominican Republic , having been born^3A there in 1970.  He initially entered the United States legally with his parents and siblings ^4C on an immigrant visa in 1985.  He was subsequently deported from the United States on January 15, 1993 following his conviction^5B and resultant incarceration^6B in New York State the preceding^7C year for the sale of a controlled substance, namely^8B cocaine.  On October 24th of last year, Mr. Domínguez was arrested and detained in Wilmington, Delaware where he was charged with the sale of heroin to an undercover state trooper.^9D  INS then^10I proceeded to compare his fingerprints,^11C through FBI data banks, with those of the individual who had been deported in 1993, and it was confirmed^12A that they were one and the same person.^13E  INS obtained his immigration file and established that he was in fact^14H born in the Dominican Republic.  Furthermore, they confirmed his 1985 legal entry into the U.S. , his 1992 conviction for an aggravated felony,^15D  and the deportation arising from^16A that conviction.  The INS would further prove that he had neither submitted an application for nor been granted^17C permission to reenter the United States .

María del Carmen Pérez de López, de generales ¹ conocidas en autos² que cito al margen superior³ derecho, ante usted señor juez ⁴ respetuosamente comparezco y expongo:⁵  

Ratifico en todos sus puntos la contestación de demanda que hice con anterioridad y la cual va agregada al expediente.⁶

Con respecto a⁷ la documentación que recibí por vía aérea certificada, contesto que efectivamente⁸ no existen hijos menores dentro del matrimonio civil que tengo celebrado con mi cónyuge⁹ Víctor Manuel López García.   Cabe hacer notar a su señoría que en el formulario número 1281, al dorso,¹⁰ me refiero al punto 5 que se contesta.  La ahora demandada hace saber a este Hon.¹¹  Tribunal que el actor¹² miente y crea con ello un estado de falsedad en el contenido de este punto, en virtud de que en realidad sí¹³ existen bienes muebles¹⁴ e inmuebles¹⁵ y también existen obligaciones por parte del actor pendientes de cumplir.¹⁶ 

            Por lo expuesto, pido:

Único.  Que se me tenga¹⁷ compareciendo por escrito, ya que no tengo los recursos económicos suficientes para comparecer personalmente, por encontrarme¹⁸ en pleno abandono de mi esposo y por sufragar¹⁹ los gastos necesarios para la manutención del hogar solamente²⁰ la suscrita.²¹

Declaro que me opongo rotundamente²² al procedimiento que se sigue en su instancia, por resultar incompetente para conocer dicho negocio.
