The next Spanish-English examination to be
administered by the FCICE is the Phase One Written Examination.

Any registrations received
after the registration deadline will not be accepted and will
be returned to the candidate.

Refunds: A $75 processing fee will be deducted from any refund. In order to receive a partial refund, the cancellation request must be submitted in writing and received by NCSC twenty-two (22) days before the scheduled exam (for 2010, that means no later than 5:00 pm Eastern Time on TBD, 2010.) Postmarks are not accepted. Refunds will not be issued to candidates who fail to appear for the examination.
