The NCSC is actively collecting problem-solving court data on an ongoing basis. States that have not yet responded to the survey are not included in query results. Furthermore, not all state respondents have provided complete information.
Selecting items will FILTER data. When no selection is made, all data will be displayed from the database. To filter, pick the states in which you're interested. Hold down the CTRL key to choose multiple states. You can also click and drag to highlight several states. Use the buttons in the middle to select groups of states. Selections are cumulative. Use the "Clear State/Territory Selections" and "Clear Court Selections" buttons to start fresh.

Pick the types of data you wish to FILTER. If there are no selections from 'Name of Court', then all courts will be displayed from the database.
Neighbors? (Checking this box will cause neighboring states to the selected states to also be included. This is of little use if you've selected more than one or two states.)
Please note: Some courts have jurisdictions extending over multiple counties. These courts are identified by the county in which the court is located. Additional counties under the court's jurisdiction are listed in the non-searchable text field entitled "Juris Comment." For example, a problem-solving court serving Grand Traverse, Leelanau, and Antrim counties is listed under Grand Traverse County because it is physically located there. If you want to search by county rather than court, please refer to the PSC detailed database. This database also provides information regarding populations served and types of cases heard.
