BANKRUPTCY GENERALIST: United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona. Phoenix, AZ. Summary: The Bankruptcy Generalist performs various functions and is responsible for maintaining and processing case information and managing the progression of cases from opening to final disposition, in accordance with approved internal controls, procedures, and rules. The Bankruptcy Generalist also interacts with the public in person and on the telephone, judges and their staff, other clerk’s office staff and members of the bar. Duties: Receives, scans, and reviews documents to determine conformity with appropriate rules, practices and/or court requirements. SENIOR OPERATIONS MANAGER: Clerk of the Superior Court, D.C. Courts. Summary: This position is located in the Clerk of the Superior Court’s Office, and is responsible for assisting in the coordination, administration and daily operation of the Superior Court. Duties: Conducts legal research and serves as an assistant to the Clerk of the Court. Develops court operations improvement programs, ensuring proper management, staff supervision and implementation of program components. Serves as the liaison to divisions and organizations in coordinating special projects and programs. Analyzes the impact of proposed court rules on specific court procedures, policies, programs or projects. Coordinates and oversees judicial investitures and other ceremonial functions. DOCUMENT TECHNICIAN: U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona. Phoenix/Tucson, AZ. Summary: Two positions will be located in the Phoenix Office and one position will be located in the Tucson Divisional Office. The Document Technician will receive and check incoming documents for conformity with federal and local rules in accordance with approved internal controls, procedures, and rules. The documents become the official basis of court actions. The Document Technician also interacts with the judges and their staff and other clerk’s office staff. COURT ADMINISTRATOR: 68th District Court. Flint, MI. Summary: The 68th District Court, Flint, Michigan is soliciting applications for the position of District Court Administrator.  Under the general direction of the Chief Judge of the 68th District Court, manages the Administrative and Quasi-Judicial functions of the District Court.  Responsibilities include personnel management, fiscal management, program planning, facilities management, concurrent jurisdiction management, and other responsible administrative matters of the court. Duties: Directs activities of staff engaged in performing clerical, probation, and magisterial services for the court.  The Administrator is responsible for personnel and labor relations functions, staff hiring, orientation, work performance evaluation, and employee discipline. Establish priorities, monitors and evaluates the effectiveness and efficiency of court programs.  Develops and implements methods to improve services. Oversees jury utilization for the District Court, ensures that adequate juror pools are available and effective training is provided to prospective jurors. ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER: National Center for State Courts. Williamsburg, VA. Summary: The International Programs Division (IPD) of the National Center for State Courts is seeking candidates for the position of executive assistant to the IPD Vice President in its Arlington, VA office. Duties:  The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating and providing administrative support functions for the vice president and division staff.  This includes: developing and preparing correspondence, reports and presentations; monitoring priority e-mail traffic; coordinating logistics for domestic and foreign travel and meetings; interacting with internal staff and departments to resolve issues.  The incumbent will assist in budget and financial report preparation, maintain staffing matrixes; develop, implement and maintain the division’s project and administrative filing systems. ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST 1: Office of Attorney Ethics, Supreme Court of NJ, AOC. Trenton, NJ. Summary: The New Jersey Judiciary, Office of Attorney Ethics, is seeking a motivated individual who will work under the supervision of a Court Executive 2B (Statewide Fee Arbitration Coordinator) to assist in providing administrative and clerical support to 17 district fee arbitration committees throughout the state. Duties: The selected candidate will be responsible for regular communication with district secretaries and their staff; advising district hearing panel members; training new district secretaries and staff on fee procedures and fee collection of filing fees; reviewing submissions by district secretaries to ensure compliance with court rules and OAE procedures; providing information about fee arbitration procedures to the public and attorneys, responding to inquiries and complaints; organizing and handling the appointment and replacement of 300 attorneys and public members of district committees in accordance with court rules and procedures; and performing other support duties as required. ASSISTANT TO THE CHIEF CAPITAL PROJECTS MANAGER: Building Operations Branch, Capital Projects and Facilities Management, District of Columbia Courts. Summary: Incumbent carries out a variety of substantive administrative assignments that contribute to the effective and efficient management of the Capital Projects and Facilities Management Division (CPFMD), the mission of the Court and the Court’s Strategic Plan. ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST 3: Superior Court of New Jersey, Cumberland County Courthouse. Bridgeton, NJ. Duties: Under the direction of the Court Executive (Municipal Division Manager), individual conducts annual visitations for assigned courts, provides technical assistance and administrative support to municipal courts as assigned. Will pull management reports and identify incarcerated individuals and assist in the operation of inmate court acting as a liaison between municipal courts and the jails preparing calendars and paperwork for review by the division manager and/or presiding judge. COURT OPERATIONS MANAGER: The Superior Court of California, County of Stanislaus.
