Duties: Under close to general supervision, undertakes and performs a variety of tasks associated with the handling of statutory and/or locally required Clerk of Court functions within the courtroom.  Provides the official record of court activities and assists in the clerk’s office performing a variety of pre-court preparation and post-courtroom activity follow-up. Summary: The Municipal Division is seeking a motivated individual to perform a high degree of administrative, customer service, and mathematical reasoning tasks to assist the Superior Court division and better serve the 55 Municipal Courts in Morris and Sussex Counties. ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK IV (SYSTEMS AND FACILITIES UNIT): Superior Court of California, County of Contra Costa. Summary: The Superior Court of Contra Costa County is seeking an individual to fill an Administrative Clerk IV position in the Systems and Facilities Unit, located in downtown Martinez. DISTRICT COURT ADMINISTRATOR/CLERK OF THE COURT: Second Judicial District Court, Washoe County, (work in Reno, Nevada)  Duties: Assumes overall management responsibility for the services and activities of the District Court including the administration and operation of various Court programs and divisions; recommends, administers, and implements policies and procedures approved by the court. Manages the administrative work of the Court to permit the maximum allowance of Judges’ time for judicial work. Duties: Under the direction of a Court Executive, this customer service and detail-oriented individual will provide clerical and administrative support to any umber of functions within the vicinage’s divisions.
