Duties: Appointed by the State Court Administrator, the position is responsible for the administration of the Juvenile court which includes providing administrative support to judges, managing support operations including 180+ professional and technical staff, special services, budget , facilities, and court security; serving as liaison with government agencies, the bar, news media and the community. TRIAL COURT EXECUTIVE: First Judicial District, Administrative Office of the Courts. Logan, UT. Summary: the position is responsible for the administration of the District and Juvenile courts which includes providing administrative support to 6 judges and managing support operations consisting of approximately 50 professional and technical staff, case management, court facilities, probation services and court security. Additionally, the Trial Court Executive develops, justifies and manages the court budget, serves as liaison with other government agencies, the bar, news media and the community. COURT ADMINISTRATOR: 68th District Court. Flint, MI. Summary: The 68th District Court, Flint, Michigan is soliciting applications for the position of District Court Administrator. Under the general direction of the Chief Judge of the 68th District Court, manages the Administrative and Quasi-Judicial functions of the District Court. Responsibilities include personnel management, fiscal management, program planning, facilities management, concurrent jurisdiction management, and other responsible administrative matters of the court. Duties: Directs activities of staff engaged in performing clerical, probation, and magisterial services for the court. The Administrator is responsible for personnel and labor relations functions, staff hiring, orientation, work performance evaluation, and employee discipline. COURT ADMINISTRATOR: Washington County, Minnesota Judicial Branch, Tenth Judicial District. Summary: The Court Administrator serves as the administrative head of the court system in the county where appointed. The court administrator is responsible for the overall management of the operations which include civil, criminal, traffic, family, probate, mental health, juvenile, conciliation and jury functions. The court administrator is also responsible for personnel, facilities, and fiscal management. Duties: Develops an annual court budget for submission to the Judicial District Administrator. Develops an annual county court budget in coordination with the County Administrator (or their designee). Coordinates, organizes and supervises the management of the various case processing activities of the court with regard to guidelines, work procedures, and caseflow management. COURT SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR: Athens-Clarke County, Georgia, Superior Court. Summary: The purpose of this job is to provide a broad range of management and administrative services to the Superior, Juvenile, State, Magistrate, Probate, and Municipal Courts. TRIAL COURT ADMINISTRATOR 3: Seventh Judicial District of Oregon. Hood River, Oregon. Summary: The Trial Court Administrator (TCA) position is statutorily created and responsible for the care, custody and control of court records. Duties: The TCA reports to the Presiding Judge and has full authority for all aspects of personnel, budget, financial accounting, management of information services, purchasing, capital asset management, and technical aspects of court operations such as accounting, security, case flow management, safety, facilities management, jury, court records and archives. The TCA is responsible for strategic planning, policy implementation, court operations including analyzing operating processes, administering of a budget in excess of $4.5 million biennially and managing approximately 25 staff located in five different locations covering an area of approximately 100 miles. The TCA supervises all staff, supervisors and lead clerks. The TCA is an integral link between the court and the Office of the State Court Administrator, local Bar, adult and juvenile probation departments, local law enforcement agencies, juvenile and adult services providers, and a variety of civic organizations, the public in general, and the media. The TCA is responsible for implementing and complying with laws and policies, promoting public awareness and education about the court system, ensuring integrity of the criminal, civil, and juvenile justice systems, initiating and evaluating new service delivery techniques, acting as liaison and presenter of information among the court’s four judges, local and statewide officials, service providers and civic leaders. The TCA is also an integral link with local, Judicial Department, legislative and state agencies to develop a clear vision of the Oregon court system and Judicial District 7 courts. The TCA is responsible to create and advocate for enabling legislation, and to work in collaboration and partnership with state and local agencies, the Bar and the public to promote justice services. This position is responsible for administering and overseeing the Oregon court operations of Judicial District 7, which comprises the following five Northern and Central Oregon counties: Hood River, Wasco, Sherman, Gilliam and Wheeler. Qualifications: Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in Court Administration, Business or Public Administration, or closely related field, and three years of recent management experience. COURT ADMINISTRATOR: City of Glendale. Duties: Plan, direct and supervise all non-judicial operations, activities and procedures within the Glendale City Court including court services, fines administration, case flow and records management and budget administration functions; coordinate the activities of the Court with the Glendale City Council Office, Glendale City Manager’s Office and other departments; serve as Clerk of the Court. COURT ADMINISTRATOR 2: Polk
County
Circuit Court, Oregon
Judicial Department (OJD). Summary:
As the Trial Court Administrator (TCA) for the Polk County
Circuit Court, the incumbent will provide administration of all
non-judicial court services mandated by statute and OJD’s
Policy for the Circuit Court in Polk
County. The TCA position is statutorily created and responsible for
the care, custody, and control of court records. The TCA reports
to the Presiding Judge and has full authority for all aspects of
personnel, budget, financial accounting, management of
information services, purchasing, capital asset management, and
technical aspects of court operations such as accounting,
security, case flow management, safety, facilities management,
jury, court records, pretrial release, and archives. The TCA is
responsible for strategic planning, policy implementation, and
court operations including analyzing operating processes,
administering a budget of approximately $3.5 million biennially
and managing a staff of 22. Duties:
The TCA supervises all court operations staff for the Polk
County Circuit Court, including judicial support staff, 1
supervisor, and lead clerks. The TCA is an integral link between
the court and the Office of the State Court Administrator, local
Bar, adult and juvenile probation departments, local law
enforcement agencies, juvenile and adult services providers, and
a variety of civic organizations, the public in general, and the
media. The TCA is responsible for implementing and complying
with laws and policies, promoting public awareness and education
about the court system, ensuring integrity of the criminal,
civil, and juvenile justice systems, initiating and evaluating

Summary: The Trail Court Administrator (TCA) is an executive management position responsible for the administration of trial court operations, programs, and services including financial and budget services, strategic and operational planning, information technology and communications, security, personnel, facilities, capital projects, and public relations/public information.
