Vicinage. Summary: Under
the supervision of the Court executive 3b (Trial Court
Administrator) oversees all civil court operations. Incumbent

Court of New Jersey, Bergen Vicinage. Summary: The
Bergen County Municipal Division is seeking an organized, highly
motivated and energetic Administrative Specialist 4 with solid
administrative skills, who can complete assigned work in a
timely manner consistent with established standards. Under the
general direction of the Municipal Division Manager, the
selected individual will work with 72 Municipal Courts and their
staff, mentor and coach other administrative employees, as well
as establish and administer procedures to ensure efficient
operation of the municipal courts and quality standards. Duties: The selected individual will also conduct training sessions
and facilitate discussion among federal, state, vicinage, county
or local officials, and keep up-to-date with current trends,

Napa Court. Duties: Assist the Court Executive Officer (CEO) in the planning and

DEPUTY CIRCUIT COURT

DIVISION: Lansing,
MI. Summary: Under
general direction of the Circuit Court Administrator the Deputy
Court Administrator, Juvenile Division, is responsible for all
administrative aspects related to operation of the Juvenile
Division including the
Ingham
County
Youth
Center. Duties: Updating
Court procedures as changes in law occur; serving as liaison to
the Board of Commissioners and federal, state, and local
agencies; representing and responsible for the direction of all
departments of the Juvenile Division. Responsible for the full
range of personnel functions including interviewing, hiring,
supervision, discipline, staff training and development.
Responsible for budget preparations, presentations,

State Child Care Fund. Authorizes and signs all vouchers
submitted to the Juvenile Division. Prepares written reports,

Administrator’s Office. Designs, develops, and oversees the
implementation of programs. Directs, monitors, and evaluates the

programs for budgetary and data compliance. Conducts staff
meetings to ensure each division is operating efficiently and
update staff on new polices and procedures. Supervises services
provided by Court staff to children and families who are under
Court jurisdiction as well as services provided by state and
private agencies. Responsible
for personnel functions such as payroll, records maintenance and
contractual agreements between employees and the County.
Conducts and attends meeting with representative from DHS, State
Court Administrator’s Office, public, and private agencies.
Represents the Juvenile Division to the media. Investigates and
resolves problems and complaints that are referred by Judges,
staff, clients, Commissioners, other State and County
departments or the general public. Performs related duties as
assigned by the Circuit Court Administrator, Presiding Judge,
Family Division, Chief Circuit Judge, or other Judges. Attends
and participates in Judges meeting and meets with Judges as
needed. Ensures the Chief Judge and Circuit Court Administrator

Under the direction of the Court Administrator, manages and

Court. Duties: Responsibilities

the Friend of the Court’s budget; short and long range
planning leading to policy development and implementation;
hiring; training, and supervising the clerical, professional and

Fulfills all statutory functions mandated for the Office of
Friend of the Court. Performs related duties as assigned by the

Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Public Administration,
Business Administration, or other closely related fields of

ASSISTANT
COURT ADMINISTRATOR: District Court and Las Vegas Justice Court. Duties:
Assists
in the development and implementation of goals, objectives,
policies, procedures and work standards for the Court in
coordination with the Court Administrator and the associate
judges; assists in the preparation and administration of the
department's budget. Plans, organizes, administers, reviews and
evaluates the work of staff through subordinate supervisors.

of and prepares a variety of statistical and narrative reports
for local use or submission to various agencies. Conducts

COURT MANAGER: 19th
Judicial Circuit, Ft. Pierce, FL. Summary: This
is responsible work assisting the Trial Court Administrator,
and/or Chief Judge, in the daily operations of a Family Court
Division of a circuit court, including supervision of
professional and support staff, development of operational
policies and procedures, oversight of program budget, planning,
and liaison with local and state government. Duties:
The Family Court Manager supervises court support staff by
assigning and reviewing work, conducting performance appraisals,
and recommending and arranging training. The Manager may conduct
or assist in the recruitment and selection of court programs to
assure compliance with court policy and procedures. The Family
Court Manager conducts research for the Chief Judge or Court
Administrator such as studies for the improvement of court

or university with major course work in judicial administration,

a related social science, and two years of experience in court
administration, or budget and financial planning, one year of
which was in a supervisory or program management position.
Graduation from an accredited law school may substitute for
non-supervisory experience. A Master’s degree in an area above
may substitute for the non-supervisory experience. Progressively
responsible experience in court administration may substitute,
on a year for year basis, for the Bachelor’s degree. Knowledge
of the Florida State Courts System, including the Appellate or

Court of California, County
of Mendocino. Summary: The Court is seeking a highly qualified individual to
assist with the direction of administration of non-judicial
activities. Summary: Under
the authority of Mendocino County Judges, and supervision of the
Court Executive Officer, the person appointed to this position
will be responsible for assisting in the administration of
non-judicial staff and will serve judges in execution of Court
business. The ACEO should bring management knowledge and
experience to court operations and is expected to provide
innovative and creative leadership to ensure court operations
are conducted in an effective, efficient, and economical manner,
complying with California

and communications equipment in the vicinage; directs systems
related to telecommunications and wiring activities; manages
voice data support in four judicial facilities; interacts with
the NJ Administrative Office of the Courts and County of
Monmouth management and outside vendors, prepares Division
budget; hires and supervises technical, professional and support
staff and arranges for necessary training for this staff;
conducts performance assessments and resolves grievances and
disciplinary matters as appropriate; and performs other related
duties as required. Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a
bachelor’s degree. Five years of professional program
management experience in IT, three years of which shall have
included supervision of staff, in addition to responsibility for
