Summary: The Morris Vicinage currently has an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to perform timely screening, assessment, and evaluation of drug and alcohol problems of Family Drug Court clients. SENIOR CLINICAL FORENSIC PSYCHOLOGYST: Minnesota Judicial Branch. Summary: The Minnesota Judicial Branch is seeking one full time and several part time highly skilled Senior Forensic Clinical Psychologists to provide forensic psychological assessments and evaluations for the court in multiple judicial branch locations statewide. Position will focus primarily on sexually dangerous person/sexual psychopathic personality civil commitment examinations and may provide evaluation services for other civil commitment and Rule 20 criminal cases, or for other areas of the court, as needed. The full time position will help coordinate the work of employees and/or contracted professionals performing branch-wide evaluations, provide case assignment and mentoring to peers, and provide input to management for use in workflow analysis and program optimization. The position requires state-wide travel, with mileage reimbursement or state-provided car. Duties: Conduct comprehensive forensic and psychological examinations and assessments of persons alleged to be sexually dangerous persons or sexual psychopathic personalities in civil commitment cases based on in-depth clinical interviews, interpretation of specialized psychological test and procedures, documentary review, case history review, and collateral interview. Conduct comprehensive forensic and psychological evaluations and assessments of persons alleged to be mentally ill, mentally retarded, chemically dependent, and/or mentally ill. Formulate complex psycho-legal opinions, diagnostic impressions, personality assessments, treatment/dispositional recommendations, risk assessments and other related opinions as solicited by the Court. Develop, maintain, implement and update a broad repertoire of diagnostic, assessment and consultation skills responsive to the psychological services needs of the Minnesota Judicial Branch. Write comprehensive forensic psychological assessment reports that provide conclusions concerning psychological legal issues based on case history material, individual, and familial interviews, as well as interpretations of results of specialized psychological tests, including projective tests. Participate in camera discussions of the evaluation with the Court and its officers; offer sworn, expert testimony in contested proceedings. Develop and implement orientation and training programs, present professional training workshops, design, implement and present special research projects, and participate in the development and implementation of special projects and policy as needed. Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Ph.D. or Psy.D. degree in Clinical or Consulting Psychology, or its equivalent. Considerable post-doctoral experience as a clinical psychologist in a medical or mental health setting. Eligible for licensure as a Psychologist in the State of Minnesota. Considerable knowledge of the theories, principles, research and procedures of clinical psychology, personality assessment, psychiatric diagnosis, clinical interventions, risk assessment, criminal recidivism, and treatment effectiveness. Advanced clinical abilities in managing high-conflict situations and defusing the agitation and potential aggression of hostile, psychotic and/or severely disturbed clientele. GRANTS COORDINATOR: Circuit Court for Baltimore City, Baltimore, Maryland. Duties: The Circuit Court for Baltimore City is seeking a grants coordinator for part-time, non-benefited contractual work in the Administrative Office. The Grants Coordinator: Identifies and applies for public and private grant resources, researches and informs staff of grants available to fund Court activities and screens out non-useable grants. New Jersey. Summary: The New Jersey Judiciary is seeking an
experienced individual to work under the direction of the
Supervisor, Printing Operations, Judiciary (Supervisor 2) or

operate offset printing machines and varied office machines
used in development, production and assembly of forms,
booklets, and assorted graphic material. Additional duties
