INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ANALYST: Information Technology Office, Administrative Office of the Courts. Trenton, NJ. Summary: The New Jersey Judiciary is seeking an individual to lead and support work in the architecture, development, deployment, and support of enterprise-wide security solutions that support court case processing, electronic filing and document management, and business operations. Duties: The individual will work in an n-tier computing environment that utilizes technologies to include, but not limited to, Tivoli Access Manager, DataPower, LDAP, Active Directory, RACF, Unix, and cross-platform WS Security in support of SOA. This individual will act as a Security Architect and will be responsible for implementing and supporting enterprise-wide security technology solutions in a complex multi-platform computing environment. JUDICIAL ADMINISTRATION SYSTEMS ANALYST PROGRAMMER 2: Eleventh Judicial Circuit, Administrative Office of the Courts. Miami, FL. Summary: The Systems Analyst Programmer 2 is responsible for the analysis, design, development and support of custom solutions to support the judiciary and court staff of the 11th Judicial Circuit of Florida. The position requires independent work habits on complex technical programming assignments and is responsible for independent problem resolution. General supervision is received from a technical supervisor who provides guidance in project assignments and reviews work for achievement of desired results and objectives. SYSTEMS PROGRAMMER/ANALYST: United States Bankruptcy Court, Middle District of Pennsylvania. Wilkes-Barre, PA. Summary: The Clerk’s Office of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania is seeking a highly qualified candidate for the position of Systems Programmer/Analyst to meet the current and emerging computer programming needs of the court. This position is located in the Clerk’s Office of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania and reports directly to the Information Systems Manager. The Systems Programmer will develop applications for managing local data systems, custom interfaces for national systems, analyze manual processes and propose automated solutions within the court. Duties: Utilizes current technology with Visual programming in tools such as Visual Basic, Visual C / C#, Java, JavaScript, VBScript, ASP, PHP, .Net and PERL programming to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of local and nationally developed systems of the court family. Writes command language scripting in both Windows (such as Powershell) and Linux Redhat operating environments. Utilizes ODBC and SQL scripts to make effective use of information in existing systems databases. Designs, codes and tests web-based applications and reports utilizing Perl, Java, XML, HTML, and Linux/UNIX shell scripting languages in conjunction with databases such Informix RDBMS, MySQL and MS SQL, in web environments on IIS, Apache, or Coldfusion. IT SECURITY OFFICER: Information Technology Division. Summary: Incumbent serves as the senior specialist in systems administration, playing a key role in safeguarding the courts’ data and systems from unauthorized access, alteration or compromise. Duties: Ensures the integrity, dependability and availability of systems, networks and data through planning, analysis, development, implementation, maintenance and enhancement of information systems programs, policies, procedures and tools. Ensures implementation of appropriate systems security policies, and ensures the rigorous application of information security/information assurance policies, principles and practices in the delivery of all Information Technology (IT) services.
