INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST: Information Technology. 500 Indiana Ave, NW, Washington, DC. Summary: The incumbent will serve as a senior application analyst/programmer in support of client/server and browser applications with an emphasis on requirements and task management. The incumbent must be able to work both independently and as part of a team. Duties: Responsibilities include, but will not be limited to: performing high-level analysis to determine the feasibility and cost/benefit of a request; gathering requirements and performing business and system analysis in support of user requests; creating and maintaining requirements documents and specifications as deemed necessary by the request; performing data analysis in support of user requests; creating solutions that support current application and strategic direction standards; and, designing and developing solutions that meet the user specifications. Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, computer science, business administration, or a related field of equivalent practical professional experience. INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST (APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT MANAGER): District of Columbia Courts, Information Technology. Washington, D.C. Summary: The incumbent of this position serves as the technical leader in Application Development for the Information Technology Division of the DC Courts. Duties: The position would be part of the application development group and would perform duties as follows: Manage and mentor application development staff in areas of applications and reports development; design, maintain, and support applications and corresponding environments; translate functional requirements to technical requirements; perform complex design and development in one or more highly specialized areas such as architecture and integration; participate in all phases of software development processes for Court systems to assure adequacy of design and compliance with technical standards; adhere to established coding standards and propose process improvements; work closely with other technical and non-technical groups and Senior Management to contribute to overall IT strategy; troubleshoot and perform technical support to multiple applications within the Court; assign tasks within application development team to guaranty product quality and timely delivery; participate in application development staff performance plans and appraisals; and assess the impact of new legislation and policies, changing program and business requirements, shifts in resource availability, emerging technology, and other developments on assigned activities. ELECTRONIC MONITORING TECHNICIAN: Social Services, District of Columbia Courts. Summary: The incumbent installs and removes electronic monitoring equipment in the probation office and in the homes of juvenile offenders. Performs community outreach. Duties: Provides troubleshooting support, monitors equipment malfunctions and makes technical adjustments to the electronic devices, as needed. Monitors compliance and reports curfew violations to the supervising probation officer. Maintains records and documentation of all monitoring related activities. Orientates clients regarding the use of equipment. Maintains inventory records, and orders and returns equipment, as needed. INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CONSULTANT: Court Administration/Information Technology Division, Circuit Court, Upper Marlboro, MD. Summary: The Information Technology Consultant is responsible for assessing the overall court’s information technology system. Duties: The incumbent provides direct consultative support and training to staff on information technology-based systems, court applications software, multimedia, database resources, network support, hardware consultation and application support. Provides consultative support and services to the Court Administrator, Deputy Court Administrator, and the Director of Information Technology to ensure problem resolution, system/data access, and optimal system performance. WEB SERVICES MANAGER: AOC, Carson City, Nevada. Summary: This position is with the Administrative Office of the Courts, Information Technology Web Services Division. Reporting to the Judicial Branch Chief Information Officer (CIO), this position is responsible for the management and oversight of the Supreme Court’s internal and external Web sites and web portal capabilities. Duties: This includes the design, technical management, function, and visual integrity of the site. This position contributes to the overall strategy of the Information Technology Web Services Unit and is responsible for recommending and implementing changes in content, visual design, and navigation. The Manager of Web Services works closely with the Web Managing Editor in the Public and Governmental Affairs Unit as well as with support personnel within Information Technology, and will perform other work as assigned. The position is part of Central Recording Branch (CENR).Duties: Incumbent manages the day-to-day operations of the Recording Technicians in the performance of their duties. Plans and assigns work schedules to ensure an even flow and distribution of work. Trains employees on new technologies, procedures and guidelines. Recommends personnel actions regarding subordinates. under a pilot program that may be extended and expanded. Duties:
The center is to be administered cooperatively by the Administrative

contact for child support-related inquiries. Specific duties of these positions will include: establishing and

New Jersey. Summary: The New Jersey Judiciary is seeking an executive with
strong organizational, communication and customer service skills to assist
in the management of the operations of the Automatic Trail Court Systems
Unit (ATCSU). This Unit assists the Information Technology Office (ITO) in
the introduction of software enhancements for systems to the vicinages,
including the requisite training for staff, courts, state and federal
agencies. The Unit is also
responsible for program specification development, including web-enabling
the converted applications, system testing, documentation, customer
notification and training programs for all system modifications, new

responsible for the development, administration, design, and enhancement of
court information systems application development projects for the New
Jersey State Courts System. Duties:
Under the general direction of the Court Executive 3B (IT Development
Manager), or Court Executive 3A (Senior Project Manager), this manager will
have the opportunity to develop and implement project work plans, define
business strategies, manage major systems development contracts, assist in
policy development and implementation toward the improvement of specific
