INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CONSULTANT: Court Administration/Information Technology Division, Circuit Court, Upper Marlboro, MD. Summary: The Information Technology Consultant is responsible for assessing the overall court’s information technology system. Duties: The incumbent provides direct consultative support and training to staff on information technology-based systems, court applications software, multimedia, database resources, network support, hardware consultation and application support. Provides consultative support and services to the Court Administrator, Deputy Court Administrator, and the Director of Information Technology to ensure problem resolution, system/data access, and optimal system performance. Provides consultative support to users in the development or use of applications, software packages, and their features. Evaluates applications, networks, databases, and other systems. WEB SERVICES MANAGER: AOC, Carson City, Nevada. Summary: This position is with the Administrative Office of the Courts, Information Technology Web Services Division. Reporting to the Judicial Branch Chief Information Officer (CIO), this position is responsible for the management and oversight of the Supreme Court’s internal and external Web sites and web portal capabilities. Duties: This includes the design, technical management, function, and visual integrity of the site. This position contributes to the overall strategy of the Information Technology Web Services Unit and is responsible for recommending and implementing changes in content, visual design, and navigation. The Manager of Web Services works closely with the Web Managing Editor in the Public and Governmental Affairs Unit as well as with support personnel within Information Technology, and will perform other work as assigned. Unit (ATCSU). This Unit assists the Information Technology Office (ITO) in

EXECUTIVE 2A: Office
of Communications, AOC, Trenton, NJ. Duties: The Office of
Communications is seeking a highly motivated individual with strong
management and communications skills who, under the general direction of the
Court Executive 3B (Assistant Director of Internet Services) will be
responsible for managing the Judiciary’s Internet and Intranet Web Sites.
This individual will also be responsible for developing and implementing
short and long-term goals, objectives, policies, and procedures for the Web
Sites that support the mission, goals, and objectives of the Judiciary, and
for coordinating the work of a web team comprised of six IT professionals.
The selected candidate will coordinate and track team work flow and

Federal Circuit. Summary: The
Automation and Technology Office of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the
Federal Circuit is seeking a highly motivated, customer service focused, and
energetic Computer Specialist. The Computer Specialist performs computer and
networking support activities to meet the needs and requirements of the
court. Duties: Incumbent should
be able to establish short and long range automation plans for the court,
assist when court automation environment changes are implemented. Provide
customer support follow-up in response to various automation issues or
services requested by the user. Assist in the preparation and writing of
documentation for Site Administration Manual. Assist in routine testing,
establish procedures, monitor security of court hardware and software.
Assist in the planning, designing, and implementation of changes to

Trenton, NJ. Summary: The New Jersey Judiciary is seeking a dynamic manager to
manage and administer the operations of the Automated Trial Court Systems
Unit (ATCSU). This unit assists the Information Technology Office (ITO) in
the introduction of software enhancements for systems to the vicinages,
including the requisite training for staff, state courts and federal
agencies. The ATCSU also maintains a help desk for ongoing questions from
the field and assists ITO development staff in the specification and design
of new development and conducts corollary system testing. Duties:
Under the general direction of the Court Executive 4 (Director, Office of
Trial Court Services), the selected candidate will manage the coordination
of all Superior Court judicial applications, training and implementation of
all application areas. This individual will conduct field visits and
