ADMINISTRATIVE SUPERVISOR 4: Information Technology Office, AOC. Trenton, NJ. Summary: The New Jersey Judiciary is seeking an experienced supervisor to lead a team responsible for project control, strategic planning, and disaster recovery planning. Duties: Utilizing MS Project Server skills, the selected candidate will hold responsibility for project and resource tracking, measurement and reporting in a complex large-scale IT development and operations environment. This supervisor will also lead efforts to introduce and support standard project development methodologies and protocols. Excellent organization and communication skills are necessary to manage the Information Technology strategic planning process and assist in producing future updates of this comprehensive document. In addition, the candidate will be a key participant in the IT disaster recovery planning process involved in recovery plan development, recovery scripting and plan exercises. PROJECT MANAGER: Mississippi Supreme Court, AOC. Jackson, MS. Summary: The Mississippi Supreme Court and Administrative Office of Courts’ IT Department is seeking a project manager for its ongoing effort to implement an electronic statewide case management system for use in the youth courts of the state. The case management system which is called MYCIDS (Mississippi Youth Court Information Delivery System) is currently implemented in 32 courts statewide. Duties: This position is responsible for 1) providing professional expertise and consultation in support of system architect, 2) system design of existing and future features, 3) development, 4) overseeing system implementation, 5) management of subordinates, 6) project tracking, 7) user support, 8) problem solving, and 9) carrying out the overall strategic direction and operation of the youth court case management system (MYCIDS) as determined by the Mississippi Supreme Court and the Administrative Office of Courts (AOC) under the direction and coordination of the I.T. Director. COURT EXECUTIVE 3B: IT Office, AOC. Trenton, NJ. Summary: The New Jersey Judiciary, Information Technology Office is seeking an accomplished senior level manager for the position of Assistant Director responsible for database management, data security, and applications architecture. Duties: Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, the selected candidate will offer outstanding leadership and communication skills, expertise in strategic planning and budgetary management, and the technical experience necessary to successfully sustain, develop, and actively enhance the portfolio of technology services supporting the operations of the New Jersey Courts. DIRECTOR OF TECHNOLOGY: Bismarck, ND. North Dakota Judicial System. Summary: The Director of Technology is responsible for serving as the chief information officer for the judicial system. Manages and supervises the overall operations and staff assigned to the technology division. WEB SERVICES MANAGER: AOC, Carson City, Nevada. Summary: This position is with the Administrative Office of the Courts, Information Technology Web Services Division. Reporting to the Judicial Branch Chief Information Officer (CIO), this position is responsible for the management and oversight of the Supreme Court’s internal and external Web sites and web portal capabilities. Duties: This includes the design, technical management, function, and visual integrity of the site. This position contributes to the overall strategy of the Information Technology Web Services Unit and is responsible for recommending and implementing changes in content, visual design, and navigation. The Manager of Web Services works closely with the Web Managing Editor in the Public and Governmental Affairs Unit as well as with support personnel within Information Technology, and will perform other work as assigned. MIS DIRECTOR, AOC: Supreme Court of Oklahoma, State Office, Oklahoma City. Summary: Immediate opening for the position of Director of Management Information Systems for the Oklahoma Supreme Court. Duties: At the direction of the Chief Justice and the Court Administrator, the MIS Director plans, directs and coordinates activities of information services to ensure that goals or objectives of this service are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters. The MIS department is responsible for planning, developing, and managing systems that support case flow, office automation, special programs, and management operations. Office of the Courts, Lincoln, NE. Summary: The
person in this position will be responsible for developing
long-range plans and programs related to overall policy
directions and organizational goals and will oversee the
development, integration, and maintenance of the Nebraska
Supreme Court’s complex information technology systems. Duties: Manage the information systems staff responsible for
supporting the State's multiple jurisdiction courts including
the selection, supervision, training, and evaluation of
professional staff. Work to implement best practices from
lessons learned and coach and mentor other project team members.
Develop tactics and strategies to enhance information technology

provides technology leadership and vision for the Oregon
Judicial Department (OJD). The CIO oversees policy development

State Courts Technology Officer is an executive level management
position directing the planning and implementation of technology
resources in the State Courts System. This position manages the
activity of the Information Systems Services office within the
Office of the State Courts Administrator and is responsible for
the technology planning and development processes and reporting
requirements for the judicial branch. Duties:
The advancement of technology in the judicial branch is
facilitated through a committee structure consisting of members
representing the trial and appellate courts. The State Courts
Technology Officer is responsible for executing policy decisions
made by the Supreme Court and court committees, and for the
proper planning, design, development, and execution of
technological resources within the judicial branch to provide

Technology Officer has extensive interaction with judges as well

has considerable interaction with appellate court clerks and

The State Court
Administrator is taking applications for a Network
Administrator. Work involves managing a local area network for

INFORMATION SYSTEMS DIRECTOR: Washington AOC, Olympia,
Washington. Summary: Reporting
to the Administrator for the Courts, this executive-level
position is responsible for carrying out the strategic direction
and operation of the statewide Judicial Information System (JIS). The JIS provides case management automation for all of
the state’s courts. The
JIS is governed by a statewide committee established by the
Washington State Supreme Court to provide decision making and
oversight for the planning, design and operation of the System. The Director is expected to provide professional
expertise and consultation to the Committee in support of the
Committee’s governance responsibilities. Duties: The
JIS Director is responsible for the management, organization,
coordination and direction of 90 employees within the AOC
Information Services Division (ISD), who provide technology
