TRAINING SPECIALIST: United States Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of Michigan. Detroit, MI. Duties: Developing training curricula, which includes teaching aids utilized in classroom training, work station (just-in-time), and some computer-based training; providing formal instruction in the classroom, at the workstation in a coaching capacity, and facilitating computer-based instruction; serving as a court expert in all facets of training and employee development; utilizing various assessments to evaluate the diverse training needs of the organization; providing accepted and viable programs in the area of organizational development consistent with needs assessments; employing evaluation processes to gauge the impact of programs on the participants; and, providing mechanisms, strategies and guidance in the area of individual development and succession planning. The incumbent reports to the training manager. Experience: A bachelor’s degree in organizational development, education, training or closely related field plus at least two years of progressively responsible and specialized work experience in organizational training or education. One of the two years required must be at or equivalent to the Federal Government grade level of GS?JSP 11 or CL27 under the Court Personnel System OR a master’s degree or two years of full time graduate study at an accredited university in organizational dvelopment, education or training. STAFF DEVELOPMENT TRAINING COORDINATOR: United States Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of California. Duties: Receives formal training and/or conducts research in specific subject areas, and assists in conducting training on these subjects. Assesses court training needs by using surveys and conducting interviews with employees. Designs and develops training programs responsive to the needs of the court. Develops training requirements by identifying the knowledge and skill requirements of jobs, tasks and roles. Contacts external consultants/vendors, when necessary, for training purposes. Plans, organizes, and manages logistics for training activities. Plans and arranges logistical support for training such as meeting space, web‐based resources, equipment, visual aids, and handouts. Prepares participant and workshop materials, and disseminates travel information if necessary. Travels, as necessary, to assist in implementing the programs. Proofreads and edits materials for accuracy, proper grammar and spelling. Summary: The Training and Human Resources Specialist performs and coordinates administrative, technical, and professional work related to training and human resources programs for the all three offices, Phoenix, Tucson, and Yuma. The Training and Human Resources Specialist ensures compliance with training and human resources guidelines, policies, and internal controls. ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST 1 (CONFIDENTIAL): Office of Management & Administrative Services, Human Resource Division, Administrative Office of the Courts. Trenton, NJ. Summary: The New Jersey Judiciary is seeking a detail-oriented individual to perform a variety of administrative clerical tasks in the Placement Section of the Human Resources Division. HUMAN RESOURCE ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR: Administrative Office of the Courts, Olympia, Washington. Duties: Responsible for the management of the Human Resource section for the Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC). Responsibility includes providing consultation and recommendation on organizational management issues to the Administrative Office of the Courts Leadership Team, the Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, Clerk’s Office, Commissioner’s Office, Reporter of Decision’s Office and the Law Library. Serves as a member of the AOC Leadership Team. HUMAN RESOURCE ASSISTANT: Idaho Judicial Branch. Summary: Provides administrative assistance to the Human Resource Manager. HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER: AOC, Idaho Judiciary. Summary: Under guidance and direction of the Administrative Director of the Courts and the Deputy Administrative Director of the Courts, directs the human resources function for the Idaho Judiciary, including recruitment and retention of court employees, compensation, classification, and benefits administration, workforce planning, fair employment practices, employment law compliance, and organizational development. Judiciary is seeking a customer-service oriented human resources manager
with strong analytical and communication skills to direct recruitment and
classification for the Judiciary’s 9,000 employees. This position
supervises staff in the Administrative Office of the Court’s Placement and
Classification Sections and provides recruitment and classification guidance
to the 15 vicinage (trial court) Human Resources Offices. Duties:
The selected individual will oversee recruitment/selection policies and
procedures to ensure that unclassified and classified (Career Service)
vacancies are appropriately recruited for and filled on a timely basis;
develop new recruitment initiatives to attract quality candidates based upon
analysis of recruitment and retention data, including exit interview
surveys; coordinate with New Jersey Department Personnel (DOP) regarding
Career/Civil Service testing and appointment procedures; oversee all central
office recruitments as well as statewide law clerk recruitments and
appointments; and in the event of layoffs in any Appointing Authority would
oversee implementation in accordance with Civil Service and Judiciary
procedures. The position will also oversee the Judiciary’s broad-banded

SPECIALIST 1 (CONFIDENTIAL): New Jersey
Judiciary, AOC. Summary: The Human
Resources Division is seeking a detail-oriented self-starter with excellent
customer service and organizational skills to provide administrative support
to the Classification Section in a fast paced multi-task environment.
Duties: Under direction, the selected individual will: regulate work
flow in accordance with established timeframes; answer routine questions and
explain Classification Section policies and procedures; maintain and query
information from Section database systems; create statistical and other
reports; compose correspondence for review; prepare and track confidential
and sensitive materials; review correspondence, reports and forms for
completeness, clarity and accuracy; rout correspondence, files and customer
inquiries to the appropriate staff or office; assemble materials for
distribution; coordinate with other organizational units providing support
services; schedule dates for meetings and hearings; maintain records and
files; and perform related work as required. Qualifications:
Three years of experience in an office environment performing a variety
of clerical and support services to include keyboarding and one or more of
the following: document or information processing, handling payments for
fees, recording monies received, transcribing information, reconciling
