OPERATIONAL REVIEW SPECIALIST: Duties: The Arizona Supreme Court, Court Assistant Unit, Court Services Division, is seeking a person to conduct Court Operational Reviews and Evaluations, prepare professional reports, and provide back-up assistance to the Court Answer Line (CAL). The specialist also completes other projects or assists with Court Services efforts as assigned. Qualifications: include a bachelor's degree in judicial administration, criminal justice, social science or public administration with a master's degree preferred; five years of experience in court administration or operations; and excellent oral and written communication skills. Directly relevant experience may substitute for education. Strong preference will be given to candidates with administrative experience in Arizona 's courts. This position will also require travel to courts and training sites in Arizona at least 50% of total work time. Annual Salary: $39,152. (1998)

REPORTER OF DECISIONS: Arkansas Supreme Court, Little Rock, AR. Duties: headnote cases for both appellate courts; proof the advance sheets; answer citation and research questions; prepare the Arkansas Reports and Arkansas Appellate Reports for publication; inspect bound volumes; oversee the printing contract; and, oversee the electronic transmission of opinions. WordPerfect training can be provided. Qualifications: licensed attorney who is able to type; English or writing background; familiar with WordPerfect and knowledge of printing and binding would be helpful. Starting annual salary is negotiable, statutory range for Grade 24 is $27,846 to $53,378 with excellent fringe benefits. (1995)

ASSISTANT DEPUTY REGISTER OF WILLS: Superior Court of the District of Columbia. Duties: The incumbent manages the guardianship and fiduciary branch, reviews pleadings; and meets with attorneys and the public on law and procedures concerning probate and fiduciary cases. Qualifications: include a law degree; admission to practice law before the courts of the District of Columbia, one year of experience in case analysis, and a comprehensive knowledge of probate, fiduciary, trust laws, the D.C. Code, rules, and procedures. Salary is $54,075-69,689 annually. (1992)
