Trends Impacting State Courts 2006
Part
1 of Future Trends in State Courts 2006 features
“Ten Trends Impacting State Courts.” These topics were

several sources, including an NCSC survey sent to court
constituents, reviews of the most requested topics for
information, and web hits to the NCSC site. These ten
trends are the areas that courts need to plan for most

innovative practices, and additional resources are
presented for these topics.
