Partnerships
Through
a partnership with ICM, courts can select from more than
50 training courses and two leadership certification
programs to customize an education program to address
their specific needs. A
growing list of state administrative offices of the courts,
trial courts, international groups, and other court-related
organizations are partnering with ICM to offer training
courses and professional development programs that:
- Reduce travel and training costs
- Receive flexible financial advantages
- Allow customization to meet specific needs
- Offer Phase I courses of the Court Executive Development
Program (CEDP) to future leaders
- Provide Court Management Program (CMP) certification
to staff
- Make available cutting-edge, skills-based management,
leadership, and technical education programs taught by
highly qualified faculty
Craft a Partnership
Partnerships can be designed to meet the specific needs
of participants at a time and place convenient to the
partner. A partnership can be as simple as a stand-alone
course or as all encompassing as a CMP package. ICM's
Partnership Program also offers financial options that
shrinking budgets demand. In addition to the courses
listed below, dozens of other courses are available under
these broad headings.
