Course Overview:
Early Bird Tuition Discount ---Register and pay by December 15, 2010, $745. After December 15, $845---Any participant who registers and pays for any 2010 National Program at least ninety days before the start date of the course will receive a $100 tuition discount. This discount excludes the CMP Concluding Seminar, CEDP Phase II, III, and IV.

City, municipal, district, and justice of the peace courts are where most people experience the justice system firsthand. This new course for leadership judges, court managers, and senior court staff will explore basic and innovative ways to operate and lead limited jurisdiction courts more effectively.

Hosted by the Phoenix Municipal Court, Superior Court of Arizona & the Supreme Court of Arizona. Gordon Griller, Director of Trial Court Leadership Programs for the National Center for State Courts will lead and coordinate the seminar, assisted by faculty from the Trial Courts of Maricopa County and Phoenix Municipal Court.

Hotel Information :
This course is conducted in collaboration with the Phoenix Municipal Court and the Arizona Judicial Branch. The seminar will be held at the Maricopa County Trial Court Education Center, 620 West Jackson Street – Downtown Phoenix, Arizona.

Hotel accommodations must be made independently by participants. ICM has a listing of hotels with government rates in downtown Phoenix for your reference. Free parking is available at the Trial Court Education Center. A continental breakfast and lunch will be provided.
