Course Overview:
Courts face challenges ranging from personal security to terrorist threats to recovery from natural disasters. Court leaders need to be able to respond quickly to these challenges. This course is a road map for courts undertaking a comprehensive approach by using the six elements of emergency preparedness: program management prevention preparedness response recovery and test, training, and exercises. Explore how your court could develop a COOP continuity of operations Plan to maintain the operations with minimal interruption and how to respond to the threat of an Avian influenza pandemic.
