NCSC helps courts respond to the unique challenges posed by cases involving domestic violence. Our online Center for Family Violence and the Courts provides valuable resources courts can use to improve their response to, and the lives of, victims of violence within families. Another important NCSC initiative is the extension of Project Passport, which improves the recognition and enforcement of protection orders across jurisdictions.
