Letter from the NCSC President and the Chair of the National Center for State Courts Board of Directors

We would like to personally welcome you to the National Center for State Courts’ 2006 Annual Report presented online. In this report, we focus on some of what we have accomplished to help the courts improve their service to the public – and recognize those who have made a difference in their communities by improving their local justice systems and supporting the work of the NCSC.

This online report is a new venture for us in showcasing the National Center and the many services we provide. Our goal with this format is to provide you with a snapshot of the many accomplishments we have achieved and a preview of those to come.

This presentation represents our state-of-the art technology as well as our progressive and proactive approach to communicating with our constituents and the public.

We hope you find this online report both informative and easy to use and we encourage you to explore the many areas where the National Center is making a difference in the court community.
