Guidelines Electronically Stored Evidence

More and more often, courts are facing the challenges posed by the discovery of electronic evidence, as opposed to paper documents and files. NCSC and the Conference of Chief Justices Working Group on Electronic Discovery developed useful guidelines to help courts face the challenges of e-discovery. These guidelines identify the issues posed by e-discovery and help courts to determine the decision-making factors to be applied.
