National Standards (Data Exchange)

In 2006 NCSC’s Technology Services developed national standards for data exchange in the areas of:

• Domestic-violence protection orders
• Arrest warrants
• Traffic citations
• Sentencing orders
• CourTools performance measures
• Drug court data transfers and evaluation
• Receipt of child-support complaints and issuance of court orders with executive branch child-support-enforcement units
