  • Process improvements/workflow

  • Appellate courts

  • Drug court evaluations

  • Long-range planning

  • Records management

  • Business process reengineering

  • Strategic planning

“The National Center is trying to reach out to our constituents to help them in very cost effective ways that make experts available to their courts. We want to help them find innovative solutions to their problems,” said Daniel J. Hall, vice-president of Court Consulting Services.

The Doctor is In is being offered at the 8th National Court Technology Conference (CTC8), Oct. 28 – 30 in Kansas City, Mo. At CTC8, the services will be available in the exhibition hall at the National Center’s booth.

Appointments are recommended.

The Doctor is In program was introduced in July 2002 at the National Association for Court Management’s annual conference in Portland, Oregon, and was so well received it’s been expanded to other court-related conferences and events. During this year’s NACM conference in Washington, D.C., more than 12 court managers sought assistance from NCSC’s court docs.
